Visited Serenity for a sports back massage with Caroline, I definitely felt looser after the appointment and better again the next day. The experience on a whole was amazing 5* Caroline is very knowledgeable and professional, she explained what she could feel during the appointment. We talked about the how's and why's and what we can do to improve. Safe to say, I booked in again and will be going back for more appointments. Caroline is exceptional - friendly, understanding, and brilliant at what she does.

Caroline will always ensure you’re comfortable, and constantly adjust to your preferences, as well as making sure you receive the very best from your treatment.

I’ve had two sessions with Caroline, and each time have left feeling like I’ve been put in a whole new body!

She really takes her time to get to grips with what you need - I attended initially with lower back pain, and after my 2 sessions, I feel entirely recovered - a far superior alternative to dosing on the Naproxen!

Caroline’s happy to chat with you as you go about your treatment, or just to leave you to relax and catch some Zs as she gets the job done.

It’s also very obvious that there is a serious dedication to making people feel better, and not just somebody pulling on your arms etc in the hope it does something - Caroline’s qualifications speak for themselves.

Would not hesitate to recommend at all, Caroline’s an absolute star!
